Bradfordville Buccaneers Pop Warner Football and Cheer FAQ – 2025– What You Need to Know About Our Program
What is included in the cost of the program?
Our program costs include a registration fee, individual team fees will be requested based off need. In addition, we are hoping the family for each player meet a volunteer commitment. Stay tuned we have not made this a requirement but do plan to in the future.
Registration Cost:
The registration cost of the program is $150.00.
For football, the cost includes your equipment rental (helmet, shoulder pads, game day uniform (home/away) to be returned at the end of the season. Football participants provide their own mouth guard that is attachable to a helmet, practice jersey, practice pants, and cleats.
For cheer, this includes your game and competition uniform rentals, practice shirt, and game bow. Cheer participants pay an additional fee for the purchase of cheerleading shoes or competition. Only uniforms are to be returned at the end of the season.
Fundraising Commitment:
In the spirit of community outreach, each family in the Pop Warner Community is asked to commit to helping fundraise for the organization. This helps us defray the annual cost of the fields for practice and games as well as replace equipment and uniforms as becomes necessary to protect the safety of our participants.
Volunteer Commitment:
Our Association and Pop Warner at all levels relies on volunteers to make the organization run smoothly and provide a quality program to all of its participants. Your Coaches and Board Members give their time generously, most times more than 20 hours per week. There are many opportunities for parents to volunteer. Our volunteer needs include working the concession stand during home games, chain crew (during the home games), help with team photo day, help with events, as well as the organizing and cleaning of our restrooms.
Waivers:
If you do not live in the Bradfordville Bucs boundary zone for Pop Warner, you must have a waiver signed in order to play with us. The most common waiver is the “Rosters Full/ Hardship” waiver. Our Association does its best to assist with the signing of waivers, however, ultimately is the responsibility of the parent to ensure it is done. If you have questions as to whether or not you are subject to a waiver, please email: [email protected] with the address associated with your player and we will assist you in verifying the same.

Cheer Season Information
Bradfordville Bucs Pop Warner Cheer Program is a year-round competitive program. We support the football program during their season by cheering on the sidelines and participating in competitions each year. The season runs from July 15, 2025 – July 31, 2026. Our main focuses throughout the year are perfecting competition/showcase routines and participating in competitions and showcases. In addition, we support our football players and perform sideline cheering. During the spring and summer, we work on skills and perfecting cheers and techniques while attending local competitions (within 2-hour drive), and attending fundraising events.

We hold our cheerleaders to a high standard. If there are any behavioral issues, we will immediately make sure that we make parents/guardians aware and ask that you support your coaches in correcting the issues they bring forth to you immediately. If a cheerleader continues to have behavioral issues, they will be asked to leave practice for the day. In addition to this, we hold our parents and staff to the same standard. Please remember that if you have any issues, please see Coach Tay immediately. If we need to continue up the chain of command because an issue can’t be solved on our end, we will then reach out to the Association Board and/or our Association and League presidents respectively. Please make sure to respect each other in all ends. Your coaches are FREE volunteers and need your support. We will make sure that they respect you and your children and hope that this section of the agenda will never have to be addressed during the season.
